Are you fascinated by the inner mechanisms of our minds? We are working with Oxford University's Cultural Programme on their Adventures in Consciousness season, running from 10 October - 1 December 2024, supporting their social and digital communications.
Exploring a multitude of topics from the intersection between creativity and consciousness, to identity and emotions. It looks at consciousness through the lens of sleep, health and the planet, and asks questions on perception. Bringing together a diverse mix of artists, academics, performers, writers, and activists for an inspiring season of events.
With highlights including Marshmallow Laser Feast’s EVOLVER, an immersive journey through the breathing body narrated by Academy Award-winning actor Cate Blanchett. Max Richter’s acclaimed audio-visual odyssey SLEEP, and poet Lemn Sissay’s frank and moving memoir, My Name is Why, plus much more.
Programmed and developed in partnership with academics across the University and in particular with the University of Oxford Medical Humanities Network.
