In 2022, The Cogency led the marketing & communications strategy for Dandelion, commissioned by EventScotland and funded by Scottish Government, part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK. This included developing a creative integrated marketing strategy to drive audiences, engagement and awareness as well as commissioning brand identity, website, media buying, managing and initiating partnerships, producing creative digital content; and delivery of campaign activity for 100s of events across Scotland.

Over 589,000 people engaged with the programme over the course of 6 months. Two brand new, free music and food festivals in Glasgow and Inverness attracted audiences of 67,000 and won the 2023 Thistle Award for Outstanding Cultural Event or Festival (West of Scotland).
